You must be 21 or older to reserve a room. Children must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older. For security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.

Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking. We’ll ask you to verify the payment details upon check-in.

We’ll send you an email to confirm all your reservations details including the confirmation number, dates of stay, room type, number of guests and confirmed rates.

We ask that you contact us at least 48 hours prior to your check-in date to avoid any cancellation charges. You may cancel by calling 206-762-2233. Reservations designated as non-refundable at the time of booking remain non-refundable regardless of circumstances.

No, pets are not allowed at the Georgetown Inn. We do allow service dogs; however, we ask that you contact us prior to arrival to ensure availability of pet-appropriate accommodations. Please note that emotional support, therapy, or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Complimentary parking with in-and-out privileges is available for guests staying at the Georgetown Inn. The outdoor lot is located on the hotel property. Entrance to the parking area is on Harney Street or Bailey Street.

No. All rooms are completely non-smoking. Guests who violate this policy will be charged $300 and any additional costs associated with repairing any damage done to the room. In addition, guests will be asked to leave the hotel and will not be provided a refund for any accommodations.
